If we are fortunate enough to obtain a parcel of a land we are keen to design and build a unique property specifically in keeping with that location. Please get in touch if you have such an opportunity.
We also look to purchase old property in poor condition - perhaps in probate - in order to inject new life into it, bring it up to modern standards so as to then offer it back out to the market as a contemporary family home either for purchase or to rent.
