Do you have a piece of surplus land perhaps with planning permission, perhaps without? We can help evaluate it and can often design and submit a scheme that achieves planning permission and delivers real value to you whether we build out the development for you to live in or not. We can simply obtain the permission for you - for a fixed fee (if successful) - and/or sell the plot on and share the proceeds.  Constructing the new property as a joint venture and sharing any profit when sold to the final new home owner is a favoured option.

Interfacing with planners can be time consuming and can come to nothing. We have enjoyed success for both ourselves and our clients and could help you too. We work with a very reputable and experienced planning consultant and an up and coming architect in order to put persuasive and well considered proposals forward and, when needed, to then see them through appeal processes with a fair degree of success.

When p.p. is secured we can then offer a range of services from ground clearance and foundations only, through to shell construction, interior finishing and landscaping...i.e. as much or as little as you would like us to undertake between initial concept development and final completion.
