We work closely with Samrai Associates where our colleague, Hars Samrai, can take your brief and respond with compelling visuals and plans to achieve full planning permission for the home of your dreams. With permission granted we can produce the full overlaid set of technical drawings to satisfy current LABC regulations prior to work commencing on site.

We can then do as much or as little as you need from us.

We have close contact with Potton Homes (part of Kingspan) who can provide you with a full timber frame kit. You will see your home appear – in 3D – before your eyes very quickly – just have a look at the example below that we are currently working on!

Oodles cleared and levelled the site for the client and prepared all the foundations and brickwork to splash course in order for Potton to come in to erect the timber framework.

We then took on  full project management for the client to get the shell watertight. We organized the services, materials and skilled tradesmen to come to site to tile the roof, fit the fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, build the brick elevations and prepare the stone window surrounds. Potton supplied and installed the windows and superb "wow" factor" entrance from their own extensive  quality product range. We supplied and installed the windows and doors for the garage. We liaised with Potton and Building Control – on behalf of the client – at every key stage - whilst working to an agreed fixed price for this specific phase of the project.

Once the shell is watertight and that contract is fulfilled the client has the opportunity to complete the interior fit and finish and exterior landscaping himself or to continue to engage Oodles.

At that stage we can offer specific new priced contracts to implement the specification for the interior and/or the exterior working with the clients chosen finishes or by introducing them to our own preferred suppliers for interior design including Marabese, Howdens, Benchmarx, A Bell & Sons of Kingsthorpe and our sister Company – Verdant and Bright Garden and Home - for landscaping and ongoing garden maintenance and property cleaning services.
