A magnificent wide frontage new detached house with a detached multi car garage with integral office and studio rooms in the roof alongside a car wash pad that will use harvested rainwater

Design by client working with Kingspan/Potton

Site clearance, groundworks, footings and foundations by Oodles

Oodles now completing all external brick facades and roof detail, building the garage and landscaping the plot

Roof now complete on house and brickwork progressing pending delivery of recently added stone mullion and cill detail

Substantial steel beams now on site work for the multi car garage and office block with rooms in the vaulted roof space....glad it was bright and dry on Friday 13th December after such a wet week! The site is much easier to work on now that we have set the base levels and compacted the new fast draining MOT Type 3 hardcore.

Scaffold being lifted on house for brickwork to proceed to next level.
